Why Building Arks?

I chose the name Building Arks from a Warren Buffett quote: "Predicting rain doesn't count. Building arks does." I believe that we are all going to face storms and rain in our lives, so the best way to deal with it is to be prepared; or in other words “build an ark”. When you think about it, there is very little we can change in the world around us, but there is very much we can change in our own thoughts actions. I am writing this as if I am giving all this information to my sons. My hope is that what I have learned can help a younger generation as they start their lives, so that they can have fulfilling careers, relationships and faith journeys. Although I am doing this for them, I believe this is helpful for anyone who wants to improve themselves in their discipline around their Finances, Faith, Health and Relationships.

Please note, I am not an expert in any of these areas, I am just a guy who reads, reflects and is ever trying to improve these areas in my own life!
